Business as usual. Mine Internet cuts out frequently. My TV, specifically ESPN cuts in and out 10-15 times during the morning. I learned to live with that, but the long downtime that lasts for days is annoying

There's no use doing that until the current outrage is resolved. And who knows how long this is going to last.
What can you do for someone in a outage? You guys have made it clear you only can see the outage information that customers see. Do you even have the tools to see modems online/offline at the street/node level?
