Emails sent with cox business email not being received
Contacted cox business support in hopes of resolving an issue whereas emails my colleagues and I send to clients via cox mail servers are not being received. We are not receiving a bounce back message or other errors. The cox representative stated that this is a known issue that has been going on for some time and effects many business. He went on to say that Cox "hopes" to have this issue resolve sometime in the first quarter of 2019. So perhaps before April... ARE YOU FRICKEN KIDDING ME! I was offered no apology or compensation for this huge interruption to our business. My company pays for email service but we are not receiving the services for which we have paid. Any one have a work around? In the meantime we are currently taking bids from AT&T and Verizon Business services to change providers. We've been with Cox for over 14 years and the quality of their business products and customer service keeps getting worse.
