Email

I keep getting this notification:

There seems to be a problem with the email address we have on file; let's fix that. Can you please review and update? Update My Email Address.

I also keep getting email from cox to my email address.  Often, like the notifications, the emails ask a question.  Incomplete.  Or vague.

There is no way to respond to the emails or notifications.  None whatsoever.  

How do we contact Cox emails and notifications.  If I take the hours to wait for someone on their phone maze they never know what I am talking about.  The chat is a really bad version of AI. 

Please, how do we respond to Cox?

    What email account is sending you the email?  Does it have a cox.com domain name?  If it doesn't, then it's probably not a corporate Cox email account.  If it does, you should be able to reply to that sender, unless it's an unmonitored account.  Contact Cox at cox.help@cox.com and ask them for clarification.  That's the Cox social media account.  They generally reply quickly, but there doesn't appear to be anybody working at the moment or they probably would have replied to your post.

    Just curious... how have you been a member of this forum for 11 years and not know how to contact Cox?
