Its back up and running. Its rare that webmail and network settings go down at the same time.

Not pop3 for me. Was able to smtp.cox.net out a test message to a 3rd party email account & cox.net as second recipient but it was only received on the 3rd party. Mail server pop.cox.net responded: Disconnected for inactivity during authentication.

And webmail's Link External Account autoconfig failed when adding another @cox.net email.

Your correct. I'm guessing they will be doing maintainence until 6am.
