HOW DO I MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF ALL OF MY EMAIL CONTACTS?

Hi Snoopy, log into Cox Webmail. Click on Contacts from the left-hand side of the top menu bar.
Click on the hamburger icon next to Contacts and choose Export from the drop-down menu. The export file format options are CSV or vCard. Choose your preferred file format and click the blue Export button. A dialogue window opens, asking "Do you want to save export.csv from myemail.cox.net?" Click on the Save drop-down menu to select "Save As" to choose where on your computer you want to save the file. You can also change the file name at this point, if you like. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
