Wow, looks like you are one of the lucky few upgrades to 2 downstream OFDM and 1 upstream OFDM. The upstream OFDM change is probably what is causing your problem. However T3 errors is a old/common issue caused by noise on the line. Do you have above ground(aerial) or underground wiring?
Line is above ground, any idea what can be done in regards to the upstream ODFM?

I wish I could tell you but it's so new. You are the first customer I have seen on here with the upgrade so I don't know what is normal. Should the upstream OFDM channel be locked? Is it OK for the power level to be so low? What is your upstream SNR? These are all questions you can ask a technician. Sorry I don't have answers for you.

Thanks, I wish I could downgrade for now. Tech was here 3 times, says all is good with power levels. Even tried a different modem and still the same issue. Not sure where to go from here. I guess I'll need to go on a 5G network till this is resolved...bummer.

Give it a few weeks for growing pains. Also, if you know anyone in the area, ask them if they are having issues. If so, tell them to call up and complain. If enough time/money is spent, Cox will have no choice but to track down the problem.
