DirecTV Now connection being blocked?

It appears my DirecTV Now connection is being blocked.  I have a TCL TV with Roku. I am not having issues connecting to Netflix, Amazon, or CBS Live. What's going on here?

    I have 2 Roku TV's & 2 PC's   - none can play the DirecTV Now content.  All other streaming channels work fine (Netflix, Amazon, CBS Now)

    Just got off an extended chat session with DirecTV Now, it appears it may be an issue on their end
