Difficult to scroll through an email

This sounds like a mouse setting and/or a browser issue. You may have your mouse set to scroll a very few amount of lines at a time. You can adjust how many lines the mouse scrolls by clicking on the start menu, go to settings, click on devices, click mouse & touchpad on the left and then from there you can adjust the bar for how many lines to scroll each time. (the further to the right the bar is set, the more lines it will scroll at a time) - Brian Cox Support Forum Moderator
