CXSNDR ERROR when sending a cox email as of January 2021

Started getting a CXSNDR error when sending an email both from Cox Mail and Apple mail apps. Started a few months ago. Seems to be intermittent where some emails will be sent but others will be rejected with this error.  No help from Cox Reps.

I see from look through the forum that others have the smae problem. Has anyone found a solution?

    thru webmail, 3rd party email....hard to figure what apple mail does, maybe just protecting you!!

    some sent, some not....hard for tech reps to troubleshoot.
