CT - Extreme Packet Loss
I just switched to Cox about a month ago and have been having consistent packet loss since the service started. The packet loss is constant throughout the day but undeniably worse during peak hours. I have contacted Cox three times about this issue only tell me to restart my modem and that 'we aren't detecting any packet loss' even though there is clearly packet loss happening. My bandwidth is typically 150/10 but will fluctuate lower sometimes.
Below, I have two pictures from PingPlotter in 24-hour and 3-hour durations from 3/14/2020 and the current levels of my Cox supplied modem/router which is an Arris TG1682G.
It is like everyday. Any kind of gaming is impossible to play. This is nothing but unacceptable.
