Is it a coincidence all these newbies created accounts yesterday and instead of creating individual posts, they all chime in on this one?
Hi Bruce! I’m happy to share with you why my response pattern is what it is.
first, I created a new account because I’ve never been so frustrated that I felt I needed to communicate with other customers before. After a week of getting the same answers on the phone and even getting HUNG UP on by their phone system, I started looking for other options. That is how I found this forum.
I started my own thread, but also replied to existing ones from people expressing similar problems. This was both to share my human experience and let others know they are not alone, AND to boost the stats on the post so that the numbers of replies might get some notice.
I hope this explanation has made sense, Bruce. Not everything is a big conspiracy.
