Thanks! My daughter is the one having trouble, but I think she's dropping when out of range of the hotspot. I'll need to get more info from her, but wanted to be sure how it worked.

I would also check the Coxwifi map to see what wifi access point she is connecting to. If the signal is coming from a customer's Panoramic gateway, their could be a problem with service to that gateway. Or it could be as simple as someone unplugging the power from the gateway for some reason. I agree more data is needed.
