It's not just you. Seems Webmail is going through a transition to a new platform and some people are having issues. Do you notice the word "legacy" in the web address of webmail when you try to login?
I definitely noticed "legacy" in the URL, and also assumed most of not all people using webmail are having these issues, not just me.

They have a ticket open as per this thread. Feel free to email Cox at cox.help@cox.com and report your issue.

This was posted on DSLReports. Shows a side by side comparison between old and new webmail.

Thanks for the link. It certainly clarifies most of what is going on. I just wish Cox would've taken the effort to alert their customers directly via email about the situation. I closely monitor my webmail, so I'm virtually positive I would not have missed such a notification, had it occurred.

I am just hoping the new webmail doesn't remove any features of the old platform like external accounts and auto-forwarding to a non-Cox email. I also hope it is more stable. Anyone on the new platform yet? I would love some first hand experiences.
