Cox service

Has anyone else noticed a shift on how Cox customer service has declined? I called in yesterday to inquire about why my bill went up and find out if there were any plans that would suit my needs. I talked to a really rude agent. He basically finished the call without helping me and told me he could cancel my service at the time of the call.

It felt like this particular agent was out to bully customers. He obviously needs to find another job if he is not happy helping Cox customers. 

I would not have posted here if I got a post call survey but I did not.
