Cox Email won't send email from my phone

For almost a month now, I haven't been able to send an email using the application on my iPhone.  It keeps telling me the password is incorrect.  I got the info from tech support to change ports, but none of that worked.  Getting tired of the boilerplate "Our techs are working on it" answer.

Maybe I am just venting...  but deep down, I am hoping someone has figured this issue out.  I absolutely HATE the new myemail on the desktop, and in a browser.  Life was so much better when I could take care of everything I needed from my phone.

    @Fyrtamer If you have't done so yet I'd recommend signing into your http://bit.ly/2h3A2u0 account and changing your password to a new and unique password which you do not use for any other services and see if that corrects the problem. -Chris Support Forums Moderator
