Cox doesn’t accept electronic pay from banks?!?

It’s 2024, Cox.  Stop forcing my bank to send you a paper check when I use their Bill Pay service.  

Literally EVERY other business takes electronic payments.  I pay my bills on the 25th of every month, and I still get late payment notices from Cox because you take 3+ weeks to process a stupid check.  

My bank has confirmed that Cox will NOT accept any other method of payment from them.  Guess it’s still 1987 in the Cox payment processing department?  Absolutely infuriating.  Get with the times, Cox.

    We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share this with our payment department. If you'd like to make payments directly from your checking account, you can do so on our website. This will avoid late payments as well. Below is a link showing how to.
