Constant Packet Loss

For the past few months I have been experiencing packet loss in every game I have played on a wired connection and it makes any game unplayable. I believe it to be an issue on the end of cox because it doesn't seem to be a single game occurence. It happens across every game played.

I used traceroute for cox.net and was given these results:

 1     3 ms     1 ms     1 ms  192.168.0.1
  2    12 ms    10 ms     7 ms  10.30.192.1
  3     9 ms    14 ms    15 ms  100.127.74.68
  4     9 ms    31 ms    22 ms  100.120.100.12
  5     *        *        *     Request timed out.
  6     *        *        *     Request timed out.
  7     *        *        *     Request timed out.
  8     *        *        *     Request timed out.
  9    59 ms    62 ms    73 ms  duketcrj02-ae8.rd.at.cox.net [68.1.2.31]
 10     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 11     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 12     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 13     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 14     *        *        *     Request timed out.

Everything after 14 being "Request timed out."

I also ran a traceroute for Valorant NA servers and the results:

1     2 ms     1 ms     1 ms  192.168.0.1
  2    17 ms     9 ms    23 ms  10.30.192.1
  3    17 ms    63 ms    25 ms  100.127.74.68
  4     8 ms     7 ms     7 ms  100.120.100.12
  5    77 ms    26 ms    22 ms  langbprj01-ae1.rd.la.cox.net [68.1.1.13]
  6     *       35 ms    46 ms  100.122.208.7
  7     *        *        *     Request timed out.
  8     *        *        *     Request timed out.
  9     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 10     *        *        *     Request timed out.

Everything after 10 being "Request timed out." as well.

It makes gaming so unenoyable and unplayable when I am losing around 3000 packets a game. I literally can't even play the game at times because my character just rubberbands everywhere.

I thought eventually it would get fixed on its own but to my luck it hasn't at all. Everything else is fine. Great download and upload speeds. My ping bounces around quite often now when it used to be constant and consistent for the past couple of years. So I know what ping and speeds I should be receiving but this packet loss is a major issue. The ethernet cable is pretty new as well so I am sure that is not the issue. Just got a replacement panoramic gateway not too long ago as well. How can I have this issue fixed?
