Ours has been the same, we live in Broken Arrow, just south of Tulsa.. but we didn't lose power during the storm, but for the last week we can't stay connected more than a minute or two at a time. The first two days it was in and out constantly starting almost exactly at 10am, it was totally unusable until around 6pm, at which time it would magically connect and stay connected all through the evening and night until the next day at 10am, at which time it would go or again, and never stay connected more than a few seconds. On the third day when it rolled around to 10am, it of course went out again but it has NEVER came back on since then other than a few seconds at a time. I've called customer service and used the app and been told by BOTH that's there's NO OUTAGES in my area and that it must be a problem on my end. And they want to charge me to come out to check it out even though when i first had Cox come out and install when we moved here 4 years ago, almost 5 years now, i had the insurance on my plan and have even had them out before because we've gone thru 3 Panoramic modems since the install, ( and that's another story for another day, talk about cheap equipment) and we were NEVER charged before, because we always had the insurance, that has now magically been removed from our bill.. go figure.
But what i REALLY find deceiving is they keep telling me they're are NO outages, yet I've received 3 different text messages from them stating that the outage is now repaired and asking me if my service has returned.. when i text back "NO" they then direct me back to the APP, which clearly states that they're are No Outages in my area.. this is so FRUSTRATING, too say the least
