Connection Suppressed

Hello,

I live in 85706, and I recently noticed that my internet has slowed. I was getting download/upload of 150/10 Mbps. Now I am getting 100/10 Mbps. I decided to upgrade to gigablast since both me and my wife work from home and heavily rely on the internet. I am now getting 212/35 Mbps (download is 4x lower than what I should be getting). Why is my download speed being supressed?

Are you running the speed test wirelessly?  Try connecting to the Cox Panoramic router directly with a Cat 5e or Cat 6 ethernet cable and test it again.

All of these tests were done using a wireless connection. I don't see the point in doing a hardwired test when my wireless connection is what I noticed being slowed.

It will show if you are getting the speed that you're paying for.  Wireless is always slower than a wired connection.
