WHY can't I can't I chat live with a Cox representative? I apparently cannot e-mail with questions. Instead, I have to CALL you, and I invariably get connected to a very pushy, used-car-salesman type who can barely speak English. I have changes I want to make to my account. Since I work all weekdays it is difficult to find a block of time to describe what I want. And I need it soon. I would prefer to chat with an agent (last week I purchased an entire new home office from Dell and I did it ALL through chat and it took less than 45 minutes, DURING which time I was able to continue to work at my computer). One would THINK that with what Cox charges for service, I could chat with an agent. Or merely e-mail customer service but you don't have that option available either!
