Charges after cancellation of service
I have been charged twice since cancelling my service. They did not properly cancel my service upon my first request, prior to me moving. They continued to bill me and stated they would issue a refund for the two charges after cancellation.
They still have not refunded me and I am fed up with being passed around their support line.
I want an email address simply to forward over the last chat transcript and let them know I will be filing a charge back via my bank if they charges are not refunded immediately.
If anyone has an email to a direct line that would be much appreciated. I refuse to waste another minute on the phone with them and would like to at least give them courtesy of one last shot before the bank gets involved.
