Change to corporate mind set.
I used to love the Cox customer services. I used to promote cox cable to all the move ins I work for. Now Instead of hiring more people to help out they seem to be cutting back on help. Having to wait over an hour multiple times to get help on your tech support and then not having qualified people to help is terrible. I am so disappointed in cox cable. I pay almost 300.00 per month for 2nd rate services and 3rd rate customer support.
