Ok so ping request timed out but it did ping 32 bytes and packet loss was 100% out of the 4 sent
when I did the tracert command I got some that timed out and some that didn’t so I could throw it in paste bin if that’s what you need
What Anti-virus product are you using? I suggest checking to make sure it is not blocking that site.

I'm not using any anti-virus, web browser is through firewall, all other devices can't connect but when on cellular on my phone I was able to connect.
