Can't connect Panaromic Router to Amazon Smart Thermostat

Question

I recently bought a new Amazon Alexa smart thermostat.&nbsp; My alexa app showed about 15 other WIFI networks available but just not mine.&nbsp; I powered the router off, waited 2 minutes then powered it back on, and still not showing but all the other networks are still showing available.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Have you tried splitting the bands, AKA disabling band steering? See here for instructions how.
