Hi Barrysb, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing any issues with Apple Mail. Are you able to log in to Cox Web Mail and send receive emails to each other: https://myemail.cox.net/ ?

      I am glad to hear that you can exchange messages using Cox Web Mail. What version of Apple Mail are you using? Has it been updated recently?
