Cannot establish upstream connection

In my apartment complex we are all provided with free 500mb panoramic wifi. The morning of 12/5/2024 i experience an outage as stated by my cox app and said the issue should be resolved by the afternoon. Shortly after, the outage notification disappeared, however my wifi never returned. Since then, it has been blinking orange, seemingly unable to establish a connection. Since there’s no sign of an outage in the entire complex and I’ve seen no cox service vehicle, I presume I’m the only one here experiencing this issue. I’ve tried multiple power cycles, and replacement of my coax cables, to no avail. I’m truly at a loss and I have no wifi to work on my papers for my college finals. This truly could not have happened at a more inconvenient time for me and the soonest appointment I could make for a technician to come look is still over 2 days away, and I have papers due before then. If anyone could provide some feedback on possible solutions they would be much appreciated.

    Correction it cannot establish a DOWNSTREAM connection
