If you need help with canceling your service, please contact your local Cancellation office at 888-438-6673, 8am-8pm, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm on Sat. You can also use the "Let's Chat" option from the Cox.com Contact Us website, or you can cancel service at a local Cox Solution Store, if there is equipment you need to return.
