Can not access email on phone, desktop, laptop or tablet
Have been using cox for years, switched to contour about 6 months ago. Email won’t load, I just see the screen try to access the server and the tab at the top of the browser just alternates between my mail and SAML with the three dots on the center screen.
Hi Clarkeliz, it sounds as if the email account you are trying to access no longer exists. Log in to your Cox.com account, click on "My Account" and then "View My Profile". Click on the "Users & Email Accounts" tab to view the email addresses associated with your Cox account. You can create additional email addresses by clicking on the blue "Add User" button at the bottom of the "Users & Email Accounts" tab. Enter the User ID you want, fill in the rest of the form, click the "Yes, create an email account" option at the bottom of the page, and then click the blue "Add Secondary User" button. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
