Both my emails are receiving only some emails.

Both my emails are receiving only some emails. Other emails from people I am not receiving at all.

I have checked spam, I have checked trash, I have emptied both and deleted old emails, this is a consistent problem.

    Make sure that you log into your Cox Webmail Account and go to the Spam setting to make sure that it is not set as "Delete Spam without delivering".

    maybe some missing emails have wrong email address.
