Bogus Service Restoration Messages from Cox App
Can someone please tell me why the Cox app continues to post service restoration times over and over only to change them constantly??? This only gets our hopes up for service restoration. We're almost a week since the outage and continue to get bogus updates. Meanwhile, in a pandemic which requires us to work from home we are now either forced to go in to work (if service is available there) or not be able to work at all if work service is out. Gulf Power is the model for how service is restored by committing massive resources to get us back up quickly. Power was restored within 3 days of the hurricane in my location with a commitment to have the entire power grid back up within a week. I have yet to see one Cox service vehicle.
