Way ahead of you there. I've created rules up the yin-yang. All that does is to still filter all the spam messages into my spam folder, which I then have to individually go through, check off, and click "Apply rules" too (which BTW I have set to "move to trash" or "delete message". Fat lot of good that does me. THEY SHOULD NOT BE GOING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE IF I HAVE BLOCKED THE SENDER VIA WEBMAIL.
If you had actually read the referenced thread. you would know how to prevent email from going to the spam folder.

So "block sender" doesn't mean diddly-squat?

"Blocked Senders" sends email from up to 250 senders to the Spam folder.
Delete everything in "Blocked Senders" and follow the instructions in the thread. Post back your results.

Ok the next time I have a few hours to kill I'll do that, since I spent the better part of the morning creating a blocked senders list for absolutely no reason. Silly me thinking "blocked" meant, you know "blocked" ie not allowed through. What a goose. Thanks Cox for making this so crystal clear.
