Bad service
Had no to intermediate service for at least 2 months with no resolution. Purchasing a new modem didn’t fix issue so another hit to the wallet. Issue gets fixed finally do to telephone pole wiring. No full credit received and run around for issues. Terrible service and customer care. Do not choose this provider if have options. Treating customers like this with average service is disgusting.
