Arris SBG7600AC2 needs a firmware push.

SBG7600AC2 needs a firmware push. Keep trying to get regular Cox  support to help, but getting the runaround.

Did you see an update on the Arris website?  If so, Cox has to evaluate, test and certify any updates before pushing.  COVID-19 may delay the process.
