Arlo Doorbell setup requires 2.4 GHz

Got a new modem/router from Cox yesterday that automatically chooses the optimal band width and everything works great except the doorbell.   I am trying to re-setup our video doorbell. How can I "force" it to find the 2.4 GHz bandwidth so that I can get it setup again?

  • Hello, I would have the device scan for networks and see if it can locate your cox wifi networks. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

        Since you are only having an issue with the Arlo doorbell connecting to the internet you can try this link If that doesn't help you may need to contact their support.
