Any help appreciated
Not sure what else to do about this. i have Gigablast but have never got speeds anywhere near what should be. Download speeds average 45 - 50 mbps daily. i have called, text and messaged but always get the unplug and plug routine. Techs have confirmed on their end that they are seeing the same speeds as I am. One tech was sent out to my place to look at it but informed me since he couldn't find the source of where the cable came into my apartment building, nothing couldn be done. I am paying extra each month for the Cox complete care but am not getting any fix to this.
Is there anything I can do about this?
