After looking at the other complaints through the forum you will get some copy & paste BS from some generic name & 0 credits, 0 solutions. Comcast did the same thing only to be rated "Worst customer service ever". Will move directly to FCC complaint, this is ridiculous. Yeah to solve the problem I have to add another $50 to addition to the $83 im paying for & sill get crappy service.

That is another copy & paste answer. It is not correct. I have one device. DATA usage definitions are clear. Its physically impossible to use as much data as I have in such a short amount of time. I work 8 hours a day during the day. All you do is copy & paste answers its DOES NOT ADDRESS the situation. A caveman can copy & paste the same **.
