Amazon email

I'm not able to get any email from Amazon.com.  Also, I don't appear to be able to get any emails with the word Amazon in the subject line.

I sent myself one email with "test" in the subject line, and one with "test Amazon" in the subject line.  I receive the "test" message, but not the "test Amazon" message.  I've done this a couple of times with same result.

I'm using WindowsLive Mail.  The "Amazon" messages are not going to my "Junk email" or "Deleted Items" folders.

  • Hi Haary, open an internet browser and go to www.cox.com. Sign in using your Cox User ID (everything before the @ sign in your cox.net email address) and then click on the envelope icon to access your email. Click on your Spam folder. Are there any emails from Amazon in the Spam folder? If so, open the email and choose "not spam." Also, check your blocked senders list and your rules (filters) to ensure you aren't deleting or forwarding Amazon emails. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
