All my emails from cox inbox disappear back to 12/22/19 after about 20 minutes. This just started on 12/26/19. Any suggestions?

The same has happened to my. I only have 2 weeks of emails in my Inbox. Everything prior to that has disappeared, and I see no way to retrieve those emails. What's with this, Cox?

Are you having this issue using a 3rd party or using cox webmail? If using a third party please try accessing webmail.
