Address book transfer

Question

I received an Apple IPad Mini5 for Christmas.&nbsp; I have a Cox.net email account which I normally access via a desktop PC.&nbsp; I want to set my Mini5 up for full email use but don't know how to copy, move or whatever the process is to get my address book into the Mini5.&nbsp; I am not technologically savvy and would like to find basic step by step instructions.&nbsp; Any and all help will be appreciated.

export as csv file, then import into contacts/address book.
