I researched the issue as much as possible before posting here. I never found a definitive solution that finally fixed the issue. It was weird that there has been no further discussion in the past 4 months or so. I don’t believe the apps are stored in the box itself. All the others apps work fine. It appears the latest version of the app compared to the stand alone app I have installed on the same Smart TV. Using the Contour Box is just more convenient if it works.
