Paramount Plus not working on Host Contour Box

I'm unable to use the Paramount Plus App within Contour on my Host cable box.  I've reset my cable box several times, also refreshed it.  Logged in and out of Paramount Plus several times and cleared...

Did you reset the contour box from the app or by unplugging the power cord?

yes several times, refreshed it several times as well.  Submitted a ticket to Cox as well.
