Panoramic WiFi app in continuous loop

I have seen a few other people with this issue with no resolution. We upgraded our plan and had a new router installed today, I was told by the installer the only way to change the network name is through the panoramic WiFi app, however it will not let me login. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times all with the same result. When I click the login link, it takes me to the cox site to put in my credentials which I do. It then kick back to the app sign in screen to start the process all over. This is a continuous loop - has anyone found a solution for this or is there a different way to access my router settings?

      I can login to cox.com with no issues and I only have a primary ID on my account

    It might not matter but try signing into Cox before you access the app sign in screen.

      Thanks - I have tried that as well, no luck
