When I try to login into the Cox App I get an error message "Unsupported User We're sorry, multi-statement accounts do not have access to the Cox app at this time. Please visit My Account on Cox.com to manage your account.
The “multi-statement accounts do not have access to the Cox app at this time” error is related to bills for cable and internet service being separated into two billing statements each month. This is convenient for customers who have a portion of their bill paid by an employer or another third-party. In order to access the Cox app, we can combine your statements so that cable and internet services are displayed on one monthly statement. Once merged, there is no way to un-merge the billing statement.
