Contour 2 Peacock premium will not load shows/programs

Peacock premium will not load shows/programs it looks like it is going to load them but returns a Cat with a Message that something went wrong try later..... I have done multiple reboots, changed PW talked to COX and Peacock and there is no solution. Peacock to suggest clearing Cache on the DVR but no one knows how to do it Including me.

Any Ideas are welcome.

    I'm unsure if clearing your cache will work but Contour button > Settings (gear icon) > Privacy > Clear Cookies and Local Storage Data.

    Using the remote hit the contour button, go to settings >>>>> privacy>>>> clear cookies and local storage.
