Contour 2 Peacock premium will not load shows/programs

Peacock premium will not load shows/programs it looks like it is going to load them but returns a Cat with a Message that something went wrong try later..... I have done multiple reboots, changed PW ...

Using the remote hit the contour button, go to settings >>>>> privacy>>>> clear cookies and local storage.
