AMAZON PRIME APP PROBLEM
Our Prime Video app doesn’t allow any videos to show. All was fine until today - now I get this message: Something went wrong, please try again later.... I have rebooted the contour box, reinitiated the contract our with Amazon no change. Prime video works fine on all other devices (not associated with Cox). Netflix plays fine through the contour. I have read others have the same problem but could not find the resolution. Any help would be appreciated (the Cox phone support told me they don’t offer an Amazon Prime Video App - I just hung up at that point...).
