Remote doesn’t work

Take the old remote to any Cox store.  Tell them your name and the service address.  They'll replace the remote free of charge.

Hi, I apologize your remote stopped working. When you press a button on the remote does any light come on at the top of the remote? I also recommend trying fresh batteries if you have not already.
