Power on Channel

When I turn my contour on it goes to the non-HD channel start up even when I power on the television.  How do I set it to turn on automatically to a specific HD channel?

You'll need to change your power-on channel to the newly relocated HD version..

"On June 12th, Cox will relocate High Definition (HD) channels to where you find their equivalent Standard Definition (SD) channels today. That means you'll be able to access your shows and movies with higher picture quality on shorter, easy-to-remember channel numbers..."

To change this, you would go to menu on your remote, scroll down to settings, channels, power on channel and there is where you can set it. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
