Cannot speak with a person

I’m having trouble logging into AMC with my cox/spectrum credentials and when I called customer support I end up in a loop of press 1 or press 2 then it starts all over again and I can’t even get to a person or put on hold.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in to AMC. I'd be upset too if I needed help and couldn't get through to someone. I have not heard any other reports regarding trouble contacting support by phone.

FYI the spectrum FB page doesn’t have a messenger link to sent a direct message.
