Is my Cox Bill really going up to $500/Month?

This $500.00/Month has been on my account for about a month now. 

I'm currently paying $307.00/mo this increase seems very odd.

Is anyone else seeing this or another wrong amount?

No problem, I found the Email Address for Executive Resolutions and Julian's direct phone number in my old email contacts.

I have already reached out to him.  He was extremely helpful a few years ago.
